Ruston 48DL Diesel Number 3 passes Gelert’s Farm Halt in a haze of smoke with a train of vans. This loco used to work in the Holme Pierrepoint Quarry (now the National Watersports Centre) in Nottinghamshire. It was painted bright orange so workers could see it coming!
